$3 Palm Tree for the Deck

Don't ask me why but my sister wanted this fake Palm tree along with a bamboo. It was a great price for $6 and she never has to water them. They look good on the deck.

Fun Find this weekend

Came across a Barn Sale, old barrel for $5. It is missing the top and a little beat up but I am going to use it for a Halloween prop this year. Also picked up a Darth Vader mask for $4.

Price Your Items Right Tip#57

For any Yard Sale or Flea Market, Price your items to sell. Your goal should always be to go home with only cash. Take this for a good example this Skate Board, asking $50, it has some scuffs and wheels not too bad. REALY look at your customer, most likely a kid. Unless this is signed by Tony Hawk who is going to pay that much for a skate board.

Next table down, skate board $3, now your talking. If someone wants a skateboard or even thinking about getting a board for their kid this price is right.
